To find the version you are currently running, from the CompuDance Main Window click File, and then About CompuDance.  If any of the dates on your modules are earlier than those above, you should download the appropriate update.

                                               Important Note About Updating

When updating to a newer version, CompuDance does not change your data files so that you have to re-enter any data!  The only difference between the update and your current version is that you will be able to take advantage of the new, enhanced features and the latest fixes.  Your data stays the same!  Therefore, you can update at any time; you do not have to wait until you create a New Year.  The new updated version will be able to access data created with all earlier versions of CompuDance.  See FAQ #9 for more details about updates.

     - The Number of Hours label in the FRD has been fixed to show two decimal places only.
     - Change the Income Date from Red to bright Blue in SRD & FRD.

     - Fixed the calculate Tuition function when dropping a class greater than 7+ classes.
     - Added option to include classes with no students when printing Attendance Rosters.

     - Fixed the SRD/FRD calculations after changing data in the Classes Window.
     - The last Restore Point Date now displays correctly.
     - Printout of Tuition Scale 2 has been expanded.
     - Fixed the Temp Deleted Family problems.
     - CompuDance now allows the user to change the CDW Path in order to store data files
       on another Drive - a Flash Drive or local Server.  Or, you can use it to allow
       two computers to access a common set of data files at one location.
       It creates a UserPath file in the Installation Directory (CurDir).
       You can copy files to and from the UserPath and the CurDir.  See FAQ #29.
     - Fixed the inability to access the drop down list in the Cities Combo Box.
     - Fixed the inability to tab to the Cities Text Box.
     - Fixed the inability to select the Comments Drop Down Box in the Classes Window.
     - Some cosmetic changes.

     - The One Per Page printout option in the SRC Window has been simplified.

     - Fixed the Backup operation to work on Win98 and Vista.

       the number of classes and minutes do not transfer.
     - Make certain latest version of the E-Mail objects are in Windows\Sys32 directory.
     - Corrected Error message on some computers when creating EFT Files.
     - Eliminated error message when transferring files from Old Year to New Year.
     - Fixed Double-clicking "Abort" when changing Active Location.

     - Fixed the FileNotFound error when looking for Deleted Students and there are none.
     - Fixed File Already Open error after having opened the Deleted Students
       or the Deleted Families file.
     - Eliminated the duplication of the first check in the printed Deposit Slip.
     - The program should now hold the SRD/FRD tuition values when using a Tuition Scale
       after switching back and forth from year to year or from studio to studio.
       When there is a "Z" in the Student Code field and/or when there is a "Z"
       as the first character in the FRD Misc Field, CompuDance will not change
       Tuition values in the SRD or FRD.
     - Fixed Transfer Balances operation that did not work in all possible cases.
     - If you had trouble accessing the Calendar (Tax) Year window, it's now Ok.
     - After changing the System Date from CompuDance, the program instantly
       recognizes that date for posting charges, payments, and adjustments.
     - The file containing your Passwords is no longer in the \Windows directory.
       It is now located in the CDW directory with all other CompuDance files.

     - A Backup now includes credit card data.

       then ^Help under 1 Display the Ledger.
     - A Class Roster display can now be sent to the Clipboard in tab delimited format.
       In the Lists window click Rosters, then Display A Class Roster.  There it is.
     - Fixed the SPS EFT Transaction File for adjustment transactions.

     - Fixed periodic error message in Pay Window for EFT/CC Accounts.
     - Changed the message that is displayed when you attempt to delete a student or
       family who is on the ACCPL.
     - All Class Rosters can now be sent to the Clipboard in a Tab-Delimited format.
       In the Lists window, click Rosters.  It's the 4th menu item.
     - There is a New Apportion Report.  This lists the Apportions by Category
       in addition to the month the income was received.
     - Added a way to delete EFT Transactions.  See Menu Item 6 in Options
       from the EFT Window.
     - Access to EFT & CC Files in the Browse Operation are now restricted to users
       with EFT/CC access.
     - Eliminated the Error message when restoring the CDW Folder.
     - Removed the suggestion as to where to apply a payment.
     - All Clipboard data operations now have built-in Column Headers.
