We have created a unique Customer Care Program.

Need Support?
Some dance software companies charge you for support.
You can't believe that?  Check it out!
Each phone call costs you $.$$ per minute.
Some charge an annual fee for support.
Some charge a monthly support fee.
Some give you free support for a month,
then charge each time you require help.
And you even pay for the phone call.
Not so with CompuDance !

By Telephone ?
We have toll-free technical support seven days a week.
Sometimes we will answer when you call;
most often we ask you to leave a message
and we will contact you later.
We always return calls within 2 hours,
most of the time within 30 minutes.

By E-Mail?
You can contact us via that Support Page seven days a week.
Fill out the Support Form - we will respond the same day,
unless we receive the mail at night.

Want Upgrades?
We update CompuDance  at least once a year
the first week in June.
You can download many updates free  from our web site,
or at most $10.50.
If you want it on a CD by "snail mail," we charge $21.75.
Buy another dance management program
and you you'll pay nearly $100.00 for upgrades.
